This is the standard process for dyeing solid colors on polyester fabrics.
We have 3600 meter per batch capacity machines so we can give standardised color matchings per lot.
All our machines are PLC(Automatic) based due to which we get more consistent and standard colors in every batch.
We are regularly doing this process in polyester fabrics.
Number of colors can be increased as per requirement.
